The Artist

Artist, Author, Instructor, and Jewelry designer

Deborah Fehrenbach is an international award winning multi-media artist from St Johns, Michigan. After graduating with her Business degree, she pursued a career at General Motors Corporation.  Deborah took a jewelry class in 2006 at the local train depot/art center.  She was immediately hooked on metals. She has always been passionate about creating. With the support of her husband, she quit her corporate position and spent the next year immersed in all forms of metal fabrication and design.  She won her first competition award in 2006 and opened her Art business in 2007.  She has never looked back.  Recently she is exploring the more expressive form of art in watercolor and acrylic mediums.  Deborah is drawn towards impressionist and abstract forms of expression in both types of mediums.  The world of color is opening a new world in her latest adventures.  She recently won a coveted spot in the very competitive 2023 West Michigan Art competition and was awarded one of the premier 6 spots for the Greater Lansing Billboard project.

And she loves to share her passion through teaching children and adults.  She teaches art at her local art center and partners with other local artists to expose the community to a variety of art mediums.
